2000 s4 tiptronic

I switched the coil from 5 to 6 and still get code
I switched plugs from 5 to 6 and still get code

I only get the code when I really step on it heavy.

I have had oxygen sensors (pre cat) changed recently.

Now what?

 

Is the misfire following the cylinder you switch the coil to. You likely have a bad coil. I ran into the same problem a week ago.
