Default Pass headlight fuse

So I had a headlight go out yesterday, Checked the fuse and found that it was blown. Replaced the fuse today, and later tonight I hit a bump and the right headlight went out, again. Replaced the fuse, again, and then I hit a bump, and ....you guessed it......Right headlight went out again.....fuse blown again. Anyone have any suggestions before I start tracing wiring on Sat? Unfortunately I live in an area where the cops are looking for ANY reason to pull you over, and I don't like having a headlight out.

I would have to say short to ground only contacting ground when your hitting bumps.

I just took a hand full of fuses out to the car and simulated the "bumps". I found that when I hit the headlight assy, the fuse blows. Tomorrow morning I'm taking the headlight out and checking for exposed wires.

The ballast or ignitor couldn't be going back and causing this could it?
