Default Piano Black Trim Kit?

Does anyone have this trim kit in their car? I have heard of this kit for some time now but cannot find a picture of it installed in a b5 s4 or rs4. Also does anyone know where it can be purchased aside from oemplus? I want to get the rs4 door handles and would like to see if this trim kit would match better than the carbon fiber one. Thanx.

You'd probably be better off just removing the trim and having it painted high gloss black by a bodyshop, that's all the piano black is.

I've never seen the rs4 handles but it says they are matte black finish which a bodyshop could also accomplish.

Most people dont buy the trim black, you just paint your own. It doesn't have to be done by a body shop either. There might be a set in the classifieds on audizine, its really worth it to do it yourself. If you buy it your going to pay at least a couple hundred. Heres a picture of it installed in a sick Stage 3, thats about the best picture i could find.

As for the door handles, Avalon sells them

Heres a picture. RHD lol

I know, and I agree. I just said that because I don't know his rattle-can capabilities

Plus, most of the time folks won't take the time to do the prep work and then it's fish-eyed, orange-peeled and scratches off easy.

So if you really know how spray paint, save yourself some $$. Otherwise don't ruin your ****.

The boost gauge and mats remind me of my car, except i have a V1 right next to the rearview. I cant decide between black and carbon fiber

My "rattle-can" capabilities are at best horrible just to let you guys know. I appreciate all the help and the pics, but i still can't decide between carbon or piano. The Piano is more elegant and sleek while the carbon is racey. Both are very clean but i think the carbon matches the matte black rs4 handles better than the shiney piano black. Any more help or opinions on combinations would be greatly appreciated.

By the way RED 01 your avatar is sick!

yeah I'm having the same problem between piano black and black cf... Does anyone know what metal the door handles are made from? Are they aluminum?
