I think my turbos are dying! I drove it hard last night for about 2 min and then let it cool off before shutting down. Today when I started driving the turbos sounded a little more whiny then they normally do... I sure hope they are not on their way out. I can't afford new ones right now. Grrrr......

dentist drill or just the spool up is louder? hard to tell without hearing. Keep out of boost as much as you can if you got the drill sound. I drove mine a little hard sometimes with the drill and it lasted like 3 months before the turbo blew.

try to buy some used k03s' or rebuilt ones to save some cash. i remember when my k03's blew. it was a sad day. sorry to hear about turbo man.

I have a warranty that covers my turbos. I pay the first 100.00 they cover everything else so I want my to blow.My warranty is for 5 years so I can wait it out.But if I didn`t I could totaly understand.Hope it`s just you being paranoid.
