After getting my 01 s4 back from the painter today, i noticed a few things, one my half a tank of gas was now below the E obviously siphoned. Two weather striping missing, and most importantly my radio now does not turn on. I called the owner and he told me it may have been locked out due to them jumping it. I looked in my manual and it says i need the radio to say "safe" before i can enter the code to unlock it. Mine does not even turn on, i checked the fuse and everything. Please does anyone have any ideas on this?
