i bet u could find a high milage decent shape but it will have no title or salvage/theft/repair title or something strange like that.
But expect it to have like 150k+

A friend of mine sold his 2000 s4 a couple months back, it had 168,000 miles on it, cracked windsheild, tip trans, needed all it's maintenance done, and had 1,200$ in in side body damage... a car dealership still gave him 7500$ cash for it...not 7500 in a trade, 7500 in cash. So I think a GOOD WORKING b5 s4 is out of the question for 7

One sold on ebay about a month back with 230k miles I think for around 8k. I bought mine for 11,500 with 100k and it needed a clutch and timing belt so far $3,000. Now I'm back up to the going price anyway. I looked for a while and the lowest price I saw was 10,750 from a desparate dealer.

If you DID find one, it would cost you more then that to get it up to speed on a "normal" priced one.

I JUST recently bought a 2000 S4 with 61,000 on the clock for 11 Grand. Perfect shape inside and out. I would call that a STEAL. You won't find one for under 9 grand, unless it's a salvage title, or in horrible shape.
