Dang dude. They probably overtorqued it.

Take it back. And if you need any parts check out these guys. Their customer support and tech advice is top notch. ->http://jhmotorsports.com

HURRAY!!!! The S4 Rises from the dead and is alive once again! I spent the last 3 hours or so putting it all back together and double and triple checking things to make sure they were right. Then i went out and drove it around for 20 min letting the engine warm completely up and then did a few WOT pulls and it sounds and feels perfect! No hesitations whatsoever and it gets up and goes great just like it did before. HOPEFULLY this car will stay running for a while now! Anyways, just thought I would share and give you all an update.

well just like that my car is dead again... This time there is a hole in the radiator... drove it for 30 min last night with no problems... but on my way to work this morning i lost all my coolant. I think i can fix it using JB weld or maybe even solder it but idk. Anyone have any tips? I really don't want to shell out another $350 or so for a radiator.

Get a New radiator! a fix will never hold. I would not risk overheating your motor for $350.
Glad to hear the timing was ok. your lucky!

But I have to ask, Why in GODS NAME would you start your engine when it sounded like that?
