I GOT S4 YEAR 2000, WELL MY PROBLEM IS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND, LET SEE IF SOMEBODY CAN HELP ME.

I PUT MILTEK DUAL AND DV BOSH MOTORSPORTS, AFE REPLACEMENT FILTER. DPIPES

I PUT REVO ON MY CAR , AND THE CAR IMPROVE AMAZING, BUT IS VERY INCONSISTANT, WITH THIS I MEAN THAT CARNOT ALWAYS BOOST WELL.
LET´S SAID I AM STANDING IN RED LIGHT , THEN I ACCELERATE THE CAR DON´T GO TO BOOST, FOR SOME REASON ,2 SECOND GEAR BOOST WELL YOU CAN FEEL THE PULL HARD. THEN I STOP AGAIN I REPEAT IT AGAIN AND THE CAR CURES HIMSELF ,1 GEAR PULL GOOD AGAIN, DON´T KNOW WHY?? THEN SOME TIME I GO TO A LONG STRAIGHT AND GO 1,2,3,4,5, TOPS WELL THIS IS WHAT HAPPEN ON THIS TEST.

1 GEAR PULL HARD, 2 GEAR PULL HARD, 3 GEAR BOOST FAST THEN YOU CAN FEEL THAT IT FALLS THE POWER THEN BOOST AGAIN, THEN 4 GEAR NOME NO POWER THEN BOOST NOT SO STRONG BUT IT IS THERE AND 5 GEAR SAME NOME THEN PULL NORMAL LIKE 4 GEAR BUT I GET OUT OF THE THROTTLE AND THE CAR OPENS THE WASTE GATES, THE SOUND OF THE ENGINE TOTALLY CHANGES, MORE LIKE A DEEP SOUND, SEEM THAT IT OPEN THE WG DON´T KNOW WHY. THAT´S THE BIGGER PROBLEM, YET WITHOUT FINDING WHY THE CAR IS INCONSISTANT ON THE BOOST.

WHAT POSSIBLE PROBLEMS CAN HAVE MY CAR.??

what kind of gas are you running?

 

Did You fix the TBB and the Coolant sensor??

 

maybe your wastegastes are being held open by a problem??
The exhaust gas temp. sensors would be one reason why the waste gate gets stuck open but as far as your boost problems I'd be looking at piping first?? IS there any weird sounds coming from your car or the turbos??

 

I AM RUNNING 98OCTANE FUEL !!

 

YESTERDAY i check the TBB and is was good, but don´t know if the coolant sensor is good, on the vag com did not show nothing, if the coolant sensor is bad must show on VAG ??

i check my turbo ko3 and they are good , the car pull hard, but not always for some reason. so the EGT can i see them work on VAG.??

today i am going to do a total VAG TO MY CAR and see what´s going on, but thank you for the tip will inform to the mechanic so he can pay attention on that details.
