Hopefully the weather will cooperate next week.
I also picked up my 2012 S4 this weekend and was only able to drive it from the dealer to my house and then into the Garage it went as the snow arrived at my house. I dont want to drive it in the bad weather just yet.

Sorry to hear you seemed to have a bad experiece with your dealer. I used the one in Bellevue (not naming names incase we are not supposed to name dealers). THEY WERE 1st CLASS ALL THE WAY!!!! I can not say nothing but GREAT things about them. I ordered the Car in November. I ordered it because I wanted it done my way (Prestige, Monsoon Grey, Titanium package, Silk Nappa leather, Black interior, carbon fiber inlays, sports differential) and they kept me up to date every step of the way. Got me in at the end of 2011 to sign papers so I could take advantage of some 2011 tax stuff and I went ahead and got my tint and paint protectant done thru them too (probably cost me a bit more but saved me the time and hassle of scheduling it myself). I could not have asked for a better car buying experience and I get free car washes from them any time I want no appointment needed.

I have only driven it from the dealer to my house and it has sat in the Garage since because of the weather so I dont have any good pictures of it yet. But I must say the exterior looks SICK with the Titanium package and tinted windows. The Black interior with carbon fiber inlays is freaking amazing too. I am very happy with the product. I can not wait for the weather to get better around here and take it out for a good drive

Hope to get better pictures once the sun finally decides to come back to the Northwest (hopefully sooner rather than later)

dkpricer you have to be the only dude in all of Graham with that sweet ride ! Did you even look at Larson ? I also went to Barrier in Bellevue ( don't worry we won't get in trouble for mentioning their names) but they weren't willing to budge at all on the price, it was sticker price or nothing. I know that Barrier is a good dealer and I will probably have my service done there, I will most likely cut my ties to them in Fife. Btw dealers should really take note of this, since once you buy your car you get a questionnaire sent to you in the mail about your experience, just saying. I stay in the Tacoma area, but I work in Seattle, if you want, we should meet up one weekend just to say hi.

Once I figured out what I wanted, I built the car online on the Audi site, saved the spec sheet and them contacted Larson, Barrier and Univeristy Audi for pricing and Barrier was by far the best deal. Barriers price with tax and everything was lower than the price Larson quoted me BEFORE TAX.. The choice was easy. I have friends parents that have used Barrier so I was leaning that way anyways and when their price checked out the best it was a no brainer and it is not like it is that far from me. only a few more mins than going to Larson from where I live anyways in all honesty.

Really ? Weird, once I told Larson that I had an offer on the table for invoice plus $1000, they offered invoice plus $500, so I jumped on it. Once everything went to hell in a hand basket, I contacted Rob Larson himself and let him know what was going on, that helped somewhat. Now I have all the managers calling me, making sure everything is good, but the damage was done.

I paid invoice plus $1,000

To bad they did not take care of you from the start! After reading your experience I am glad Barrier made me the best offer from the start.

Now you have to deal with all the managers trying make sure everything is good on your end so they dont get docked "points". If they would have treated you right from the start they would never have to worry about that!

After my experience I will always give a Barrier dealer a shot at getting my business, totally 1st class! (does not mean I will always get a brand they sell but I know I will be leaning their way).

Hopefully the winter weather will clear up soon (love how we did not have a winter until this week in Western WA? no rain even, just dry weather and of course Murphy's law would have it be that it decides to snow and be wet when we pick up our new Audi's). I would like to take my Audi out of the Garage. It sucks looking at it in the garage and wanting to take it out for drive.

Plus I need to get some better pictures!

I take mine out, just not early or late and then I drive around town in the slush. Yeah it is now dirty, but man I can't help myself. My wife wrecked her 2011 Honda Pilot Touring this morning on her way to work. She was driving on I5 by Ft Lewis when she hit some black ice and that's all it took. She has 4x4 and all season tires, but when it comes to black ice, it doesn't matter. If she wanted to take the day off she could have just told me, she didn't need to go wreck her ride. Btw, I got her a rent a car, didn't give her a chance to suggest she could maybe use mine !

Man, that sucks about the wifes rig.

I don't want to take the S4 out of the garage yet. I will just wait for the weather to get better (I have to much fun driving my lifted F350 in the snow anyways). But all this "down time" gives me to much time to look online and find things that I "need" hahahaha
