Hmm, K40 is expensive as crap.

BTW, V1 picks up laser detections, right?

ORIGINAL: Mott Power

Someone on Audiworld did a custom stealth install in the cup cupholder, shows you step by step how to do it. Looks and fits perfectly. If you want I'll pop you a link.
Yeah - why not. Though I don't trust myself to do it. I loved the Toyguy install with the fabricated piece on the steering colomn and the on-off on the drivers door right in front of the mirror control. I emailed him well over a year ago asking about this and a short shifter mod - but aparently he is in hiding or some such...

Sorry man, I looked for it but can't seem to locate the link. I'll keep looking though cause I'm interested, too.

i have the v1 and so far it's been a life saver. i've had a lot of close calls but it has warned me with enough time to brake quickly.

I'm confused, is the K40 $1500 or $300. The site says suggested price is ~300. Where is this $1500 figure coming from? Or does that include the actual installation?

Default I have the K40 dual detector custom installed

On my B6S4 and love it. I did decide against the K40 Laser diffuser and opted for the Blinder MX Extreme 20/40 instead (considered to be the best and cheaper than the K40). I have had the system for 1.5 years and even ran it with both a Valentine and 8500 escort...blew them both away in terms of sensitivity and false alarms.

Check out my install (crappy picture I know)

BTW, first time post.
