A lot of people are praising Mintex, so I am planning to get Mintex RedBox and the ECS SS lines kit from ECS. I found "Brembo Rotors - Overall Diameter: 288.0, Minimum Thickness: 23.0, Height: 46.2" but i am not sure this will fit my stock wheels.

Just get some OEM sized rotors from ECS that are slotted or drilled, i know they have a couple kinds. I got slotted DBA rotors cuz i dont like holes drilled in my rotors. they are freaking great. Dont waste money on the overpriced brembo brand name.

I have mintex red box pads, once again they kick ***. My car stops very quickly, good call on the SS lines

I read that the slotted rotors shorten the life of the pad? I am not sure if this is true, but it makes sense because the gaps will eat the pad faster.

Could be true but your not going to chew through pads, especially the mintex. The slotting helps get a better bite, they also allow debris and hot gasses traped between the pad and rotor to escape. Also work better when wet. The benefits outweigh the cost by far
