Default Rough Idle, Shaking During Acceleration 2.7t

My 2001 Audi s4 just starting acting up on me. It currently has an MTM chip, forge 007 DV's, and evo intake. I was driving down the road when the car felt as if suddenly i lost most power. So I pulled over and let the car idle for a minute. It had a really rough sounding idle in the exhaust but nothing like pinging or knocking of the motor. I shut it off and waited a minute. I also do not have a CEL on. I started it back up and no rough idle so i attempted to drive it down the road. Fine for a little while then I got really bad shaking and loss of power. I pulled over and once again the same rough idle. Just wondering what this could be any help would be appreciated.

Did the car stall at idle be or begin to drop in RPM's?

If you have no CEL's then I would rule out EGT or O2 sensors. I would imagine it's a MAF or fuel delivery problem.

The RPM's dont seem to drop at all really and it hasnt stalled out either. Just runs really rough. Could the coil packs be the problem? Or is it more likely the MAF? I figured both would set a CEL

Choppy acceleration when on the gas Constant rough idle? Ignition Control Module perhaps....had to replace both of mine within 13 months.

I am debating on bringing it to a shop to have it scanned since I dont have a Vag-com but I was wondering if there were any simple things that I could check beforehand to rule some things out. I was thinking a possible vacuum leak, but I couldnt find any. I just find it strange that the CEL wouldnt be on, the MTM software wouldnt have anything to do with that would it?
