Hello Audi world i have an 2004 audi a6 s-line and im having radio issues. I changed the battery in the car and since my radio is dead.... its not in safe mode because when i start the car Safe does not come up on the radio its just blank.... but when i turn on the head light the radio back light come on? i pulled the unit out and fuse has not been blown. please help

 

I still suspect that the radio needs to be reactivated with the safe code

 

I also think that it is in safe mode but the screen is blank when i hold RSD an AS nothing happens... also when i take the fuse out off the back of the radio and but it back in i hear the cd changer makes sounds but nothing pops up on the screen

 

Take it to the dealer and have them reprogram the radio. Unless someone else here can tell you how to reprogram, I think you need to plug into the OBD port????and need a code unique to your radio????
