That is a good deal. I just picked up a non certified 2000 S4 with 34K for $25,000 two days ago. And it had bald tires. So I just dumped another $750 into Potenza RE750's today. And I am friends with the guy at donedirect.com that I got it from.

I think you got a really great deal. I picked up my 2001 S4 with 50K miles for $25K Audi certified. I negotiated this baby for 2 hours to move a price difference with my trade (2001 BMW 325i 5-speed, no leather, premium package, 25k miles) from $7K to $3K. Given that you are also in NJ, I probably should have gone to your dealer.
