i have (and love) a 2001 S4, but have recently added a new baby to our family and am struggling to fit a booster seat (for our 6 yr old) as well as a rear facing child seat. will a rear facing infant seat fit behind the passenger seat in an S4 Avant?

The S4 Avant has the same rear doors and same back seat room as the Sedan... I can fit a rear facing car seat and a Recarro Booster seat for my 4YO back there with no problems, but they fit much better in my Sequoia... My daughter can kick the front seat unless I move it all the way up..

 

I have a rear facing seat on the passenger side &a booster on the drivers side. It is a tight fit but it works. Make sure you get the LATCH mounts from your local Audi dealer if your car doesn't have them in it. They didn't come with the floor brackets (under the seats). Audi will but them in for free. I can get info if your dealersdoesn't know how to claim it.
