I just got an 02 s4, i wanna get rid of the orange corners on my headlights, anyone done it ? or know how to do it without breaking the headlights?

I have done it, but its just the poor mans Euro Headlights. Just be very carefull and it should come out fine. I sealed off the drill holes with silicone too. But hey its at least $650 cheaper than euro lenses

+1 for using silicone on the drilled holes, you don't want moisture to get in the lens like the B6 guys have to deal with.

 

Ihve done about 4 sets on B5s and 2 B6's and im pretty crafty at it now. One of the ones i did came out near perfect. I recommend using the smallest dremmel bit you got and TAKING YOUR TIME i cant stresss that enough for your first pair... set aside hour and half to two hours to do a good job.

and be careful of the headlight tabs they all break off easy.
