Default What Valve?

Today I hooked up a boost gauge and found that I had a vacuum leak. I found the problem to be a cracked valve on the right rear side of the engine. Im not sure the name of it or the part number though??It is a tee with three vacuum hoses going to it.

Car is a 2001 Audi S4

why don't you provide a picture with a arrow pointing to the item, and maybe people can help you better.

This problem sounds very familiar...
I had a piece like this break on my car. Here is the picture i took.
Is that it? If so its like a $33.00 piece that is easy to change.
If not i dont know what to tell you besides take a picture.

Do you have a boost gauge hooked up? If so it's the FPR hose, get it fixed!
