Default S4 b6 chip

I recently purchased a 2005 s4 and hate to admit that even though I like the overall shape and amenities this car comes with I think Im starting to miss my b5 s4. I've been doing some research as to what type of upgrades I can do and it seems chipping it is one of the few mods available and it doesn't give you that much of a gain for $600. After driving my old b5 with an mtm chip and then driving my new B6 stock I feel that even though the b6 has more hp my b5 felt quicker and more torque. My question is to anyone that has a b6 s4 and has chipped it, do you feel the difference after the mod?

Doing a chip without exhaust is pointless. If you crawl underneath the car and take a look at the anemic exhaust that Audi put on factory you'll understand why.

I recently drove an 05 S4 6mt with the JHM chip and fast intentions exhaust - it was pretty awesome, when I drove my stock S4 home it felt very different. The V8 will never give you that kick in the pants boosted feeling you had in the B5, the power delivery is very smooth regardless of what mods you do.

If you do soak some cash into it, look at JHM. The most impressive V8 S4's I've ever driven are JHM modded.
