I have heard it's ABOUT 22% loss so 250hp - a 22% loss would be around 200awhp give or take 10. Which has been said so I think that is the most accurate guess you are going to get.
The best way. Find a dyno, take you car there, pay the man, read the sheet. Just make sure it's an AWD dyno.
