Well my dad took a flight to p.a. today to pick up my car for me because i have to work tonight and i was relieved to here that it ran great and was very clean. So im hoping it will stay that way.

Always my fear...I love this car - and love pushing it hard - but I'm always worried - in the back of my mind - that it will leave me stranded somewhere...

The one consolation I had getting it worked on the other day is that the owner of my shop let me drive his race preped Mcoup to work and back (and if they couldn't get me temporarily going this weekend I would have had it again) - that was a real hoot...my S4 is somewhat faster full out - but my - what a pleasure to drive around - all low to the ground & nimble and with that very smooth BMW power...didn't have that turbo grunt of the S4 - but it did spool up pretty quick and just rode real fine...

Yup I just got out my window sticker. My loaded B6 stickered for $52,440.00 not including tax. The Gas guzzler tax alone was $1700.00. Its not bad enough I pay 6% state sales tax, tags, fees,etc.. but to pay a gas guzzler tax ticks me off.

I think thats crap that you have to pay a gas guzzler tax. Do the Dodge magnums and chargers with the 5.7l hemi have to pay it, beceause they get fairly good gas mileage for a v8.

Trunks are exempt for the GGT.

Yea trucks dont pay it. I just bought a new 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 HD 4x4 quad cab. I did'nt pay a GGT. I was'nt sure if I did'nt pay it because it was a Heavy Duty truck or what?

I have had the car two days and I already know what you guys mean by this car not being reliable. I got the car sunday night and today at about 5:15 my esp and anti lock brake system went crazy and i had to bring the car. It barely drove at all! It better not be much to fix.
