Default Seat mounts

Hello folks,

I'm a new guy here. I don't have a nice Audi like y'all do but I do have some leather seats out of an '00 S4. I'm going to try to retrofit them into another car and could use a little assistance. What does your seat-mounting situation look like (the attachment of the seat tracks to the floorboards)? I only see the two front pedestals and am not sure how the rear of the seat-chassis is secured.

Thank you for any assistance you can offer. FWIW, I did try searching to no avail. If I missed something, please let me know.

Thank you.

P.S. If anyone has ever made these seats manually (or otherwise) tilt forward, I'm all ears.
Danke.

The rear is the seat rails, it's part of the floor. The seat can not tilt forward, it has a metal hinge, that stops the seat back moving to far forward.

Thanks so much for the reply.
Ifyou or anyonehas a picture of the rear track area, that would be awesome. I figured the rear had to 'float' or the seat would not move forward and backwards. And there lies the issue; I would like to mimic this design but I have no idea what to mimic (I've tried searching till the cows came home and haven't had luck). I got the seats from a 3rd party so I didnt get to see the donor vehicle's floorpan or any mounting bosses.

Thank you again.
