I don't know how you find the time to keep working on this! ;] I still haven't leveled out my headlights let alone take the thing apart again.

Just a quick update...

Everything is still working great. The pics above are showing the LEDs at 6 volts, so I do have to take new pictures. They have been running on 12v since Oznium switched LED manufacturers. The brightness is really good and it's getting a lot of compliments. The last thing I need to do is "finish" the insides of the headlights so they are almost perfect, and tidy up the wiring a tad. I'll post some more pics and a final wiring diagram. PEACE
