Spark plugs for stage 2?

Default Spark plugs for stage 2?
I want to change my spark plugs on my 2k s4. I have a custom tune and true dual turbo back. What spark plug is best for this set up and gaped at what?

gap 'em to .025"
coppers will work fine so will iridiums.
don't get autolite.
go one heat range colder than stock.
