stock suspension/RICEY?????
hello i have read hundreds of post and yes people are askin aobut suspensions...but i havent found one yet that talks about the quality of the stock suspension on these german masterpieces...i know Audi sport tuned theit suspensions in the quattro bd s4..but the question is IS IT ANY GOOD...my main focus is getting the car chipped (which will be done by eurocodetuning) but i still want the feel of a sports car other than flat out speed...please advice before this headache drives me to drink lol
another thing..i have seen many enthusiast put lights on their automobiles...I COMPLETELY AGREE THAT NEONS ON AUDIs, BMWs, OR VW's ARE COMPLETELY AN ABOMINATION TO THE NAME OF EUROPEAN VEHICLES...however; i noticed that some put LEDs INSIDE of their cars....i really admired that look..I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH MITSUBISHIS SINCE MY 10TH GRADE YEAR AND I JUST RECENTLY GRADUATED FROM COLLEGE (EARLY MAY)...i want to get out of the cop-hungry, ricer look. would i be looked down upon for placing one or two Red LEDs under my dash for a soft glow and a nice appearance?!?!!? im askin you guys before so i wont get ran out the EUROMEET down hear in Los Angeles every sunday...please advice thanx and love u all (no homo) lol

Wow that was a post. Are you sure you graduated highschool 4 years ago not like next month haha?
In all seriousness welcome to the forums. The stock suspension is certainly much better than the A4 and it is sportyer than most 4 door sedans on the market, but lets be honest the B5 s4 is not a sports car. the Z06 and Porsche GT2 are sports cars. We have to deal with 4000lbs plus who ever is in the back seats.
If you like corners you will want to stiffen up the suspension and reduce body roll. You will want performance rubber on wider 18's at some point. You will want to lower your car so it dosnt look like a monster truck. You can do this for about $1000 with Vogtland coilovers or Stasis streetsports, or somehting like an H&R spring and Bilsten shock combo. I reccomend the Stasis SS.
Interior lighting is up to your discretion. In the Euro tuning scene neon and LED's arent really that popular but the main guidline is just to aviod cheap and tacky. A couple red LED's under the dash and/or up in the lights by the sunroof can add a nice glow when night driving or smoking a blunt. I might consider a few up in the pre existing lights by the sunroof. An on/off switch is a MUST though.
