Hay 2k wat are the 2 plugs nex to u MAF for, the big green and brown one nex to it?
Are you talking on top of the aribox, or on the firewall? The firewall is O2 & another sensor, the Airbox are the coil amps.

If your looking for the best then go with the Full intercooler, and or hard pipes. Thats the best. The Bi-pipes also is made of plastic and dosent transfer heat as well. 2k s4 has an alluminum bi-pipe that looks like it solves this problem. But remember the the bi-pipe have a smaller interior diameter which restricts airflow a bitmore, of course your not going to notice a diffrence but it could affect your car if you decide to go bigger turbos. All in all take this info and learn from it. The samco has been know to pop off, but its a better than the stock throttle body boot. Get the samco and buy this billet brace (eliminate all tbb flexing and tearing issues) http://www.hoppenmotorsport.com/ybrace.htm

What exactly are you saying here? It doesn't make any sense to me. You need the bi-pipe no matter what.

I just installed the AMS TBB this weekend, and I'd have to say it was a little bit of a PITA. Not necessarily difficulty-wise, but the AMS' TBB didn't seem to seat as well around the bottom of the bi-pipes vs. the top, so due to my OCD I had to f-with it for an extra 1/2-hour or so. I don't know if it's because ofthe vulcanized kevlar coating that made it kinda stiff, butit didn't seat as well as I would've liked (101% engagement). I actually bought the SAMCO and returned it because I thought looked too aftermarket (still under warranty here). I do remember it looking really small though, so much so that I was a little worried about the install too. I'm sure it works fine though, and tough as nails once it's on and seated.

I'd have to say I'malsoon the bi-pipe side of the fence, but just didn't have the $$$ right now for it. I agree w/ RoadHawk in that I can't see why APR wouldgo to all that trouble to make something that flowed lessthan stock, and sell it claiming otherwise... I think there are too many conspiracy theorist on the forums these daysHowever,if somebody has dimmensioned and bench-flowed both, and has data to prove otherwise, I'll consider their argument.

BTW 2K S4, I didn't have room to install my DV's like yours (because of the TBB), so I installed them backwards...I knowtherehas been pleanty of discussion on this, butit seems like the diverted airfrom the bi-pipe would want to push the piston "up" from it's bottom to escape, rather through the piston shaft. Is your version better?
