I am looking to tint my car when it arrives in June. The car is black on black. What percent tint do you recommend? I do not want it too too dark just classy and clean... 20 or 30%. The dealership will be doing it from a tint shop so all I gotta do is let them know which percent i want-- Advise recommended.....

 

make sure you know what % is legal in your state. friend of mine had too dark, got ticketed repeatedly and had to re do it.

 

Ive got 5% of nogaro. I tihnk it look amazing and no one can see in and I love that. Ive been pulled over 5 times for it and its cost me about $200. Wondering if anyone from jersey knows if you have a doctors note about vision problems can you get away with the tint.

From what I've read, 35% is generally the most accepted as best looking and most legal. Do a search at audiworld.com--i've read a couple of threads over there about tint percentages. Good luck!

 

rear windows not a problem now the front is where you come unstuck 5% or lower max front screen not at all

 

just got pulled over again and another ticket, i think they are getting to know me around here, whatever you do, do it legal
