so i went looking at newer cars today, namely trucks, and the local dodge dealer said they would give me 4k for my s4, car is spotless inside and out, new tires. it does have 151,000 miles on it, but 4k seems too low even for that. the ford place offered me 7-8k for it which seems about right. what do yall think?

 

KBB the car and get the price of the truck BEFORE you tell them you are tading in your car, you can work from there. that way you have the price locked in low and you get what your car is worth not what they want to give you and up the truck price.

 

yea trade in will get you diddly squat. ide say if u dont owe anyhting on your S4 then sell it for like 10k private im sure someone will buy it ever with high milage.
