turbos dying????

Default turbos dying????
im wondering if one of my turbos could be dying. im hearing a whining sound occasionally when i shift at fairly low rpms? whats going on? is it a turbo or something else?

no. it would be loud enough to cause people to stop and stare at your car. beads of sweat would be constantly forming on your forehead from the embarassment.
