Thank you "11secS4" from Audizine. You steered me in the right direction.
IT WAS THE FLYWHEEL RELUCTOR RING ON MY LIGHTWEIGHT FLYWHEEL.
I guess this is common with the lightweight flywheel. When it slips the timing is way off that is why I go the cam codes. My flywheel had 50k miles on it just so you know.

FYI, you can remove the crank sensor and move the ring with a screwdriver if it is loose.

I don't class it as a knowledge advance more like a don't do mods thing because they cause as many problems as good things, I mean that in the nicest way of course
