Default Vibrations at higher speeds

anytime i go over 70ish i get a noticable vibration throughout the car. however, during acceleration it is smooth ( like when i punch it from 70-100) but then when i just cruise it vibrates. it gets a little worse while turning. do my wheels need to be rebalanced or do i need an alignment? (i can feel the shaking in the steering wheel)

A balancing method that I am now sold on is Force Balancing. I don't exactly understand it, but it has to do with measuring the pounds of force in each wheel and balancing them as a whole... der... maybe some wheel techies can chime in here, but I will say it is the only thing that my forged 22's roll nicely at 70 mph on my truck. I just know that it is effective on lower aspect ratio tires.
