ok so i know all you veterans out there have already heard this a thousand times but here goes.
i've had my s4 for 2 years now and lately am just not that impressed with it anymore, i want to freshen it up and give it some more power with a chip and such, i just am not sure what supporting mods i need to do to make it safe reliable power.
I am also a budget minded modder as i am trying to buy a house. So price is a factor.
Is the apr bi pipe that much different than just a new tt tbb?
Are the forge 007 or similar dv's that much better than a 710n?
Abd racing intake or darintake?
And most importantly i want the awe twin 1 exhaust so badly but the price tag sucks, how much wimpier is the borla exhaust note in comparison?
And i've just got some 18" August Werke wheels in silver but i am going to hand polish the lip and barrel of the wheel and powder coat the face of the wheels some bright obnoxious anodized color, my boss is pushing for a magenta color but its up in the air between that and green, orange, and blue?

The APR bipipe is very different than the boot because it also replaces the pipes, It may be better in some ways worse in others. I got one, but wish i had spend the money on something else, Genx makes intake pipes that are better than stock, better than the bipipe, and use the boot and clamps.

Yes. Forge valves are very nice i would reccomend them over the 710n.

Borla sounds great, the exhaust tips are sweet too. Compare on youtube they dont have the same sound, twin 1 is louder and a little more angry

Iv seen some colored wheels... what color is your car? Leaning twords green or orange but color of the car is important

My car is silver also. here is a link to the wheels that i have, http://www.augustwheels.com/wheel_st...ndex.php#werke, i got them in silver but am going to hand finish the lip and barrel to a bright mirror shine and just powder coat the face. I picked them up for a 100 a piece and powder coats going to run me 165 for all of them.
Ill try and get some picks of the colors up, its kind of hard because i've yet to take a pic of them and get the true depth and color out of it since its more of a anodized finish.
I also just had my windows tinted so its pretty dark up top.
Also im trying to decide wether to run the nitto neo gen tire or falken 912?
Oh and does gen x have a site i cant seem to find one?

go with the falken 912's the nitto gens are good but idk i dont like they way they look. if you're on a budget the 710s are fine but the forges are rebuildable. and the borla sound great if you do a piggie pipe too
