what would you pay?

specs:
-01.5 s4 sedan 6spd
-salvage title....
-about 150k miles
-stage 2-
-probably about 1000 to fix
-on top of the 1k fix, it needs turbos and clutch soon

 

holy christ, man! maybe $5k or less. has the timing belt ever been done?

 

I'm with Fonzo.. I've seen them cheaper than 5K at auto auctions.. and even on craigslist with that many miles and a salvage.. I'd wait it out and find one with a few less miles. But i guess it depends on if you know the person who rebuilt it.. or if it's just coming from a used car shop.
