At the current moment I can either afford to buy a 2016 S4 or 2018 A4.

I really like the power of the S4, but really like the interior of the redesign. What would you do?

Other option is wait for the 2019 S4 to come out and wait for prices of the 2018 S4 to come down a bit. Any pros and cons would be appreciated

 

Having owned both and A4 and currently still own a S4 - I would go with the S4 hands down just due to driving characteristics. If you are not in a hurry - wait for the 2019 S4 then you will get the best of both worlds
