Default No Start: Fuel Pump

Hi Guys,

Returning member. I knew I'd be back.

Going to look at an '01 6MT w/ Ko4's on Friday w/ 135k on the clock. Owner claims fuel pump is keeping the car from starting. He replaced the fuel pump relay, but still no start. Short of me pulling the rear seat and trying to get a multimeter on the fuel pump leads is there another to diagnosis the "no start" in his driveway?

I would hate to gamble, thinking I just need to replace the fuel pump (which I'm okay with) and have it turn out that the timing belt jumped a tooth or something. Claims the TB, WP, etc was all replaced approx 25k miles ago. So, the TB should be okay.

Any advice for what to look at?

Thanks.
