Hello all,

I am very proud and excited to join this forum as an owner of a D3 S8. I just purchased an 07 with 70k from Coral Springs Audi. I have never had such a pleasant car buying experience over the internet and phone. I bought the car sight unseen which I know is a risk, but these guys seem very trustworthy and being the largest Audi dealer in the world, its seems unlikely that they would shovel a turd onto the public. If a car isn't straight and appealing at a high-line dealer, they take it straight to the auction. Anyway, Its an 07 S8......black with two tone black/gray interior, B&O, and extended leather on the dash. Paid 30K with full service history known.
This is my first Audi after owning the following:

1. 3 different e39 BMW M5's (2000,2001,2002)
2. 1 e34 BMW M5 (1993)
3. 1 e28 BMW M5 (1988)
4. 1 E55 Mercedes (2001)
5. 1 993 Twin Turbo Porsche (1996)---best car ever owned
6. 1 996 Twin Turbo Porsche (2001)---great car but not air cooled
7. 3 LS400's-great Toyota products when ya don't feel like working on things

I am flying to Florida next Tuesday to pick it up and drive it back to Dallas. Yes there were a few closer but the ones here didn't have the B&O stereo or didn't have the full leather package or had too many miles. I circled around this one for a couple weeks and finally pulled the trigger today. I would love to hear any feedback from current and past owners of the D3's as previously stated this will be my first Audi. These cars seem to be far more reliable than previous generation Audi's which I hope is the case with this one. Let me hear from ya'll
