and that video is defintely from Europe. why? 3 reasons. 1- the drivers are on the RIGHT side of the car, over here we sit on the LEFT. 2- the european license plate on the cop car. 3-on the cops video camera it displays the speed in kph not mph

Are you serious? If any police agency even attempted some **** like this not only would all the charges on the suspect be droped, he would proably collect a nice amount after sueing the **** out of the department. And its pretty easy to spot the European licence plates and the speed is read in km not mph. Definately not American.
