Those people are morons. Sure, driving like that is not actually very dangerous as long as you have a bit of skill and can handle your car-- AS LONG as none of the other drivers does something unpredictable. Most of the time, people drive in nice straight lines and stay in the centre of their lanes. But it only takes one person to look at their map and swerve a little at the wrong time, or do a lane change without checking for people driving really fast up behind them, and one brush of a bumper will cause a BIG problem at those speeds.

And even then, i'd say who the hell cares, people can risk their lives if they want to. Only they're not risking just their own lives, but anyone who enjoys the convenience of a highway.
