that was impressive for those tin cans. i've wondered about their durability. it's been more than once one of those F*sticks got in front of me in open limit doing about 5km more than the truck in front of them (100km) when i had the xenons blazing (that apparently are invisible when your car has a square license plate) cruising 230+ and had to go fred flinstone on the brakes. you know, i looked on Deu. ebay for used smarties for fuel saving driving to work, and 2002 models are still selling for around 8,000 eur. their endurance must be the reason.

 

Ive seen that before, it was on a UK show called fifth gear (not top gear, the copycats) anyway. Do you really think your internal organs could survive that sort of impact??
