Question 10vt Bypass Valve Vac Line

Anybody install a bypass valve in their audi 5000 TQ? I am having fluttering issues with a heavy duty Bosch 110 valve with a normally 16 psi car. It does not seem to clamp hard enough to sustain mid to high range boost. The vac line location for both boost and vacuum (nipple) is teed into a another line running from nearby the idle control valve; note that it is not the blocked port right by the ICV. Maybe its the wrong line, though? Anyway I want to hear where other people have hooked this line into.

Thanks everyone
