Default Hello from Tysons Corner, VA

Hello Everyone,

I recently posted in the New Members section but also wanted to stop by here because I am also located in VA. I work at HBL Audi of Tysons Corner and joined to forum to not only share a common hobby with others in the area, but also to make my services available to all of you who are located in and around the Washington DC Metro Area. I know first hand from my experiences that interacting with dealerships can be a huge hassle, so if there is anything I can do or if anyone has any questions concerning purchasing a new Audi, please feel free to send me a private message.

I baught my Audi A4 from Tysons and would definately do so again. They really understand the enthousiast world which is a nice change from the stiff upperlip salespeople im used to dealing with!

Even after i baught the car, they have gone out of their way to help me with the car. Great group of people hands down and very knowledgable of the aftermarket!

I appreciate the vote of confidence Grishbok. Who was your salesperson when you bought your A4? The sales staff at Audi of Tysons is by far the most knowledgeable of any salespeople I have worked/dealt with.

Hey Bryan,

Welcome from a fellow NOVA Audi fanatic! What Audi do you drive? I had a fantastic 85 coupe gt until 2001. Loved that car. Now I have an A6. Not quite as fun but still an Audi. I'm looking for a place that does good Audi service. Where do you take yours?

Hey coupe,

In the past I have owned a B5 A4, however currently I do not drive an Audi. I am waiting for the new A4 to trickle into my dealership in what we hope to be around July, at which point I will pick up a 2.0T 6spd manual. The employee discount program we offer is great. As far as service, I would definitely reccomend Audi of Tysons; our service department is very large, so problems are dispatched in a timely manner. I personally know many of the techs and they are extremely knowledgeable. Visit www.audioftysons.com and call the service # to set up an appointment.

Bryan,

How do you like working at Audi of Tysons Corner? I'm going to the Audi Academy in June and I was trying to do some research on the Audi dealerships in VA. How is the service department (from a technicians point of view)? What is your CSI? I heard you have hired alot of Audi Academy graduates. I appreciate any help and advice. Thanks in advance.

Welcome Bryan...I'm sure you've probably seen my car around. The silver A3 3.2 w/ carbon fiber hood, chrome mirrors, etc. I know Julia through another forum. So, if I need service done, can I just ask for you, or do we still have to go through Matt F. first?

BTW, last visit I was there, I had a license plate light out...and was charged $23 for labor to replace. Can I get that refunded? (yea, doubtful). I wasn't asked by the SA if I wanted it changed. That's all. But overall, very satisfied w/ HBL. I use to go to Ken Moore, but I see he's gone now.

The employee discount program we offer is great
Does this mean you can get us employee discounts on parts!
