I personally didn't use them. I got mine done at The Auto Shop in Chantilly. Since then, I heard they went out of business. So, Pro Imports was my next choice if I had issues.

With your response, I'll most likely steer away from them. Good lookin out!

Don't go with an APR chip from NGP... NGP is only out for your money and not the best intrest of your car. Def don't... i got apr at NGP wasted my money and switched to APR/GIAC. I am VERY VERY VERY happy with GIAC.

Sorry to hear your experience was not a positive one...but I need to say that's definitely not the norm (based on personal experience and lots of comments on the forums). Of all the shops I've been to (and I've been to most of them) they are the people I feel most comfortable leaving my car with.

Glad you're happy with your GIAC software...it IS pretty kick ***!
