Well like usual, I am driving to the movies on Sheridan Street (South Florida/Fort Lauderdale). I got to this light and right next to me I hear this loud roar. I looked at my gurlfriend and she says please don't....and starts to laugh. I know she hates the whole racing thing and what not so I told her I was just going to tease the guy. I look over and what do I see? some 17-19 the years old kid alone in his candy red 2005 Mustang GT. He keeps reving and looking at me, I rev it up and make the tires squeek. The light goes green and he takes off like a bat out of hell. He realiced I didn't even try and hits the brakes till I catch up to him. He keeps looking and smiling. At this point I really want to give it a go. So, we get to the next light and I tell him now is 4 real....let c what u got.... light goes green and I put a car in front of him. We went all the way to 110 miles but he stayed 3 or 4 car lengths behind. I finally let off the pedal and he does the sore looser fly by....I was static, I can't wait to mod my tt just a big. Can you imagine stock did that what would happen with more boost and a revo or arp chip...........hope you enjoy the tale as much as I did.

 

You have a tt 225 quattro right? nice car. They are pretty quick. I raced one with my old gsr and it pulled about one car from 40-100mph. They are def quick. You will really enjoy it if you go with an aftermarket turbo setup. Glad to hear about the kill, but I wouldnt say exactly where I raced somebody on this forum..or any other.....could draw attention to yourself...???
