I'm wondering what car would/should win in a race starting from stop. (and even just crusing around like 40mph)

some sort of aftermarket suspension (not sure if its full coilovers /w sway bars or just lowering coils and w/e)
which car should win inbetween these two for a a red light and also at a coasting speed... also what would be the difference if the RSX had a small turbo upgrade...?

not really basing it off anything.......I think with a chip and your other mods you might be around 220-225hp???
The RSX type S I believe is 210hp stock and is lighter........0-60 I am pretty sure they run quicker than 6.5 sec. With some mods I am sure he'll be quicker, although not sure what a chip would do for him......they don't have turbo, do they?
My only experience with a Type S car was a 2003 CL Type S, and he beat me by about 1.5 cars in a 1/4 mile and I am around 250hp/290ft-lbs

i dont really race and this rsx i know of isnt actually in my area... i was just wondering because a few friends and myself were just discussing it... and no the rsx is not stock turbo but i was wondering how it would be with a added turbo...

RSX is 0-60 in 6.7-6.8, there were no RSX's in 2001, I dont think there are chips for them either. Stock for stock an RSX would win for sure. BTW RSX's have 200 hp. I am guess you are talking about a 2002.

I think the chip your refering to is the hondata reflash, lowers vtec raises rev limit changes some timing and fueling. The rsx-s with intake reflash header and exhaust can be anywhere from 185-205 whp and 140-155 wtq. depending on the driver with those mods they should do about a 14.5 at 96-98mph. So you would lose.
