what would happen if an 03 7th gen accord v6 coupe with an intake raced a stock b5 tiptronic s4 from a 40 mph roll? how about a stop (although i have a feeling awd would pwn the fwd accord)...here are some specs...

I don't have the specs but a stock tip S4 should be mid 14's chipped it will be mid 13's. If the S4 is chipped the Honda will get slottered

 

nah, the s4 wouldnt be chipped....so in that case, the honduh would win? lol. the 7th gen v6 coupes are suprisingly quick...

 

does anyone know trap speeds? because the Accord i am talking about is nto stock and runs a 14.1 quarter mile trapping in thye upper 90's, and 0-60 is probabally 6.3-6.4.

 

so with a chip it would be game over for the accord, lol....but also game over for gas mielage.....

 

You should have more torque either way at the speed and besides the S4 in general has more top end torque.
even if if he somehow got the jump on you, you should be able to come back.

Either way, with a chip, you definatly will have him.

 

yeah, when i drive i tend to drive normally unless im racing someone. what mpg do b5 s4's usually obtain?

that is not even a contest, the new accords are surprisingly quick, but they cant beat an s4, chipped s4's can break under 5's to 60
