So i am driving down the local 2 lane road. This civic drives by with the loudest BOV i have ever heard. So i get up next to him thinking what did this guy do to his car. so he sees me and he instantly floors it. so i give my audi a little gas. lol then he shifts psssssssssssssss!!!!!! wtf that is one hell of a bov. so give my audi 5% more throttle and go around him. lol so i take him down this windy one lane road with some quick hills doing about 40-60 mph. i thought he was going to wreck so i slow down a bit for him. it was one of those ricers with the all white body kit and grayish brown hood and red doors(pretty sweet). my wife's grande am would have done better, well alittle better. So anyways i get bored with the civic and take off. i pull over about 2 miles up the road. an 1 1/2 hours later the civic pulls over too. [sm=hia.gif] So i get out to look at his car. he said had this turbo stuff laying around so he put it in his car. he had no waste gate, no BOV. turbo was just venting to the atmosphere. [sm=icon_rtfm.gif] duct tape, electrical tape and wire was holding his engine together. i just look at this car and said "well it's loud". i asked him what kind of civic it was and he said to me, he took the civic badges off and put acura badges on. something about this is how they "roll" in japan. whatever man civic-acura, potatoe-pototoe, same F****** thing. So i laugh for the the rest of the night with that one. So he took off giving his boost to the earth. ppppppsssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!

 

any civic turbo I have ever seen would have had no problem taking you out with the setup you have, no offense. This guy did sound kind of like an idiot though. I have raced turboed civics that put ten cars on me in one gear, and I am making close to 300whp.

 

I don't know about any turbo civic. I destroy this one. but yeah civic + BT + installed right = A4 killer w/ my set up. any car can be fast. i've had civics keep up w/ my mustang before.......then i floored it. Yes there are fast civics out there. I have only seen one though. but anyways...
