and you cant base those hp and torque ratings of their website cause it all depends what you have in your car what condition your engine is in where your driving theres a number of things that come into play with chips...

these cars respond pretty well to a basic chip(aka more boost)... it won't be as fast as your honda.... so, if your going to want more power you'll have to look into the ko4 turbo upgrade...
