Default Audi A4 smoking from passanger wheel

My audi is smoking from the right wheel and makes a click sound when making sharp left turns. Any advise on what parts I will need to replace and the cost, just want an idea before going to a machanic.

Thanks.

I'm not really sure what the caliper is, but the car is driving sluggish not picking up and throttles funny once it warms up. Where is the caliper located? Sometimes I wish i were a man lol.

Thanks for your reply. look forward to hearing from you.

Have the brakes checked. Does the car pull when braking? It could be a brake caliper not releasing. I would have it checked asap because brakes are not something to let slide. Anthonyz tony@zippyoil.com

Could be both of those issues. Check both out for sure.
