Default H&R coilover kits

This may be a dumb question to ask but I'm new to changing suspensions. I own a 2001 4.2 Quattro and I'm thinking of buying the H&R coilover suspension kit. My question is do i still need to buy shocks? or does the coilover kit include them. this is what i'm thinking of getting

thanks for your help.

Yup they come with a threaded strut or shock whatever you want to call them different strokes for different folks. So you dont need to purchase struts. You might want to consider having an ASE certified shop install them for you, the front is easy to swap out, but the back however is a bitch. Well good luck in ur venture!
