lowering my a4 b7
Hi to all. I 'm new to the forum and I would like to ask some questions about lowering my audi. My car is the a4 b7(2.0TFSI quattro) with the standard suspension system (no the the sport one).
What do you suggest? I know that just buying lowering springs isn't such a good idea because soon I will have to buy shocks too. However I like the coilover solution.
Eventually, i wouldn't like to result to a stiff suspension-my wife hates already the bad roads around my house- I just want to close the gap above my wheels and increase a bit the driving sense. As far as the money is conserned I'm open to anything... logical!

RE: lowering my a4 b7
There's nothing wrong with a good spring/shock combination. H&R Sport with some KONI shocks will give you a great ride even on really bad roads. You'll lower about 1.5" for a perfect stance.
This combination isn't too expensive, and a very popular one.
