Default Power Steering

Hey,

I don't know if this is the proper place to post this, but I will go ahead. I've noticed that my steering is really loose, well - not firm at all. It wasn't always like this, and frankly the car is almost too easy to turn. Is this just me? Or is there something wrong with the power steering maybe?

Thanks in advance

There may even be a chance of an improper alignment of the front suspension. If this is the reason, then re-align the suspension as per the recommended specifications. Ensure that there is no major leakage in the pump or gear by inspecting the pump pressure. Replace damaged pump parts or the whole pump if needed. Check if the pump belt is loose, if it is, tighten it. The steering may also be hard to turn if the is amount of lubricant in the suspension or the ball joints is insufficient. You would need to lubricate, or even replace parts if necessary.
